Do you only sell what is on your website?

As one of the countries oldest and largest independent Christian bookshops we stock a large amount of products.  It is impossible for us to add all these to our website.

If there is a product that you wish to order but can't find it please get in touch and we will happily order it in for you.

Can I visit you in person?

Yes, as well as our website we have a physical shop in Gitana Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.  We are open Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm.  We also attend a large variety of events, a list of these can be found on the events page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch: please notify us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. If your order has already been dispatched you can return it following the procedures shown in 'Can I return my order?' below.

Can I return my order?

Any order supplied by us may be returned for a refund, provided the goods are unused and are sent back at the expense of the customer, within 28 days. If you do wish to return goods please notify us by e-mail or telephone before doing so. Refunds for returned goods will not include original carriage costs.
